Can you help with boxing glove suggestions for hitting the heavy bag?

I joined the gym for the weights, but want to hit the heavy bag and do one of the cardio boxing classes to get in shape. The class requires full covered gloves, where fingers are not exposed. Where can I find a boxing gym in Denver?

I just moved to the downtown Denver area and I am looking for a boxing club similar to the one I belonged to in San Diego. Where you take boxing classes, not to train to fight just for working out. Boxing and resistance training?

I just began going to boxing class. The class is all the training you would do as a boxer just without the actual fighting. We use the big bag, gloves and everything.

Is there anyone certified through the Boxing Fitness Institute?

I am looking for boxing fitness/kickboxing fitness certifications and I see the Boxing Fitness Institute is widely known. Is there anyone who is certified with them? Or anyone who knows positive things about this organization??

I just had the Paragard IUD put in. Can I start working out again? I take kick boxing classes.?

I had the Paragard IUD put in. I don’t know if I should start vigorous excerising right away. Does anyone know about this? I’ve never had a baby so it was a little painful when it was placed in. How much should a MMA class or Thai Boxing class cost in Westchester County, NY?

I am interested in taking a MMA and/or Thai Boxing classes, but I am not sure how much money I should pay for them. I know of one program that offers both classes for $149/mo. for unlimited classes per month.
