Say 3-4 days a week, running on the elipitical for 45 min to an hour, then doing a kick boxing, step, pilities, or cardio class? Total 2 hours. Is this too much? Or is this just enought to see the results that I want (190 pounds - 21 yrs old ...

How much does it cost for a trainer?
What is the training like?
How hard is it in the ring?

Is it a different class of competition boxing in the UK your whole career as opposed to boxing in the US? My point being every one thought Hatton was so great then he got smoked by Mayweather...Now everybody is on the Calzaghe bandwagon. What is everybody else’s opinion on this ...

I'm looking for a class, hopefully on weekends that runs in the Mansfield MA area, or any towns around it ( Foxboro, Attleboro, Walpole, Sharon, etc.). If its teen girls, thats even better.

Same here...that's why I love that 24 Hour Fitness has a variety of ways to meet your workout. They have weights, group exercise classes (I want to sign up for turbo kick boxing and amped abs)basketball, cardio equipment, pool, steam room, tanning– the list goes on.
