i am 25 years old and thinking about taking up boxing..if i would go to the gym would i have to start boxing from the very begining like be in a class with 5 year olds or something like that? I’m going to start boxing, and want to know what the benefits are. I’m also going to go to a MMA class once a week as well, is it a good combination? I plan to start selling jewellery on ebay (in the UK and only sell to customers based here). Most items will be around 2 – 3 pounds each and I’ll be sending them 1st class large letter. I am 19, average kinda fitness. I will have two boxing lessons a week and train hard during my time off.
