I'm in high school and I want to get in shape over the summer. Kickboxing seems fun & a good way to do it. Know of any gyms that offer kickboxing classes for teenagers?

in 6 months time,am of average fitness and am planning on training hard and take boxing classes,is it possible 2 get 2 a decent standard??

As there are no kicking in Boxing and BJJ (or may be very little in BJJ), are there any leg stretches/leg splits/groin stretches done in training classes of Boxing and BJJ? Thanx. If so, do they do full leg splits?

I looked at this chart on the link and i couldn't understand what it meant in the "ATC seperation provided" box or the "traffic informatin provided" box. I just didn't understand for example in Class C VFR it has VFR and SFVR pointing towards IFR and SFVR in ATC seperation ...
