how do you become a fighter pilot?
the only way i can think of right now is to go to one of the military academies, and it really seems like a long shot.
im working toward the air force academy right now, and i think i’m all right.. like, average maybe. 3.3 unweighted GPA all advanced and ap classes national honors society, getting eagle scout, in a few clubs, amateur boxing and muay thai, want to run cross country next year. but it doesnt feel like enough. is there any way to give me an egde? and put me ahead of other candidates? or if not how can i still become one without the academies?

the best way is to go to an academy because your job wont get cut. you can do NROTC in a regular college and then attend flight school. or the worst choice is to enlist and then join after you reach an E-6(master seargant) and the go to flight school.
