The lack of cited resources seems to be the major problem. You need to cite the sources to where your facts come from. Not doing so will kill ANY research paper.

The only other thing I noticed is that the paper seems to vary in tone and does not relate to a specific research direction (aside from boxing in general). Try thinking about one sentence that describes what you want your target audience to understand after reading your paper. Then, you can concentrate on the facts that support your thesis.
References :
Simple - cite your sources.

Answer this simple question.... "Who said?"

Every paragraph should have at least one source.... like so

"The competition is divided into a specified number of rounds, usually 3 minutes long, with 1-minute rest periods between rounds, according to The official guidebook to boxing.. Although amateur boxing is widespread, professional boxing has spread on an even greater scale since the early 18th century, according to (where did you get this information)?

In his book, Boxing is for Idiots, Frank N. Stein states...

There are those who believe boxing is beneficial. For example, former boxer Mohammad Ali said ..." xxxxx"

Basically - you are not a boxing expert, the people who wrote the articles are. "reasearch" involves saying where you got your information. Without it - it is just an unresearched opinion.
References :
feeling generous - i don't often help with homework!

It is a lot about your opinion. Change the conclusion for sure. It needs to be solid. Say that like.... 36 percent of people join the sport to let their steam out (pick a new thingi, word) in a non-dangerous way. I also wouldn't put that it's hard for some people and easier for others to learn.

What's the topic your studying and I can help you. like... he didn't just tell you to pick a topic and write about it did he?
