What should I eat after my boxing class?
February 28th, 2010 | by admin |I am doing muay thai boxing and I wanted to know what to eat after training. I want to lose fat.
After exercise is always OK eat magnesium , you can find in bananas . Magnesium protect your muscles , no pain next day basically .No sore muscles .

i say take a protein shake as sound as its over. Get home, and depending on the time of day it is eat : (if its in the afternoon) a piece of chicken with rice, roast beef, soup etc..somethin filling. (if its at night) cereal, or a sandwhich
