Royal Mail’s parcel services are delivered by the same staff as their letter services. Although some items may be delivered by a postman in a van rather than the usual postman on foot or bike, they still work the same hours – usually 6.15am-2.15pm on weekday, 5.30-12.30 on a Saturday, but there is some differences in different offices. This means you can expect all Royal Mail deliveries roughly between 9.00-2.00 on a weekday and roughly between 8.30-12.30 on a Saturday.

if it is too large for the door they will put a card through and you will have to collect it or have it reposted to work/friends/relative address
