ritee im on virign with the tv set box and tellephone i have free house line calls to any were in UK but i have a friend who lives in Northen Ireland can i ring her because she is classed as UK ??
Northern Ireland uses United Kingdom dialling codes so no,problem
Northern Ireland is part of the UK so I cannot see any reason why not. If in doubt why not call your service provider and ask them.

Yes of course you can ring her, Northern Ireland is not "classed" as part of the UK, it is part of the UK no "classed" about it.
It will be the same as ringing Birmingham or Cardiff or Edinburgh.

Northern Island is a different International Dialling code + 35 so I am sorry to say that it is not classed as calling in the UK.
This is also true for a mobile phone for either making or receiving call you will be charged European rates.
