it only goes out …
it only goes out the window if you don’t train enough….for most beginners and untrained people it is true that once the “chemical cocktail” kicks in, the body naturally reverts to large gross motor movements…but the more one reprograms their body movements through time and hard work, these skills are more likely to come out when engaged in a real self defense situation. Even some of the top guys in real world self defense advocate training like Tony Blauer, Marc MacYoung and Sgt Rory Miller

well his chi sao is 100% excellent. still this doesn’t really prepare you for reality which I would assume this training is for, reality is much different, this is fine, but for reality all this goes out the window, its fact.

I’ve just watched all of Leo’s videos. Wow this guy knows so many styles. A style for every situation. If you poured him in a tea pot, he would become the tea pot.

This is a video of …
This is a video of Wednesday night, where Leo teaches more Kick Boxing than Wing Chun. To become a better fighter you need to understand other Martial Arts & how they work, & how you can use your Wing Chun against them. But if you wanna see more Chi Sau Check out this Video: Samuel Kwok – Ip Man Wing Chun school in London

IMO there is to much bouncing around like a boxing match in the people’s movements. I would like to see some clips of you or your students doing chi sao.
