What do you do at Boxing classes?
March 14th, 2010 | by admin |Anyone experience with boxing. What do you guys do during the classes. And what are the weight classes? And how much does it cost. Thanks
i took martial arts not boxing but think i can help you, there are certain things the average Joe doesn’t see during a fight, for instance how you stand how you move and breathing cont role as well as stamina stamina ohh and did i say stamina, these along with a little body conditioning,it takes a tremendous amount of energy just to sling the gloves around all day they weighed 5 pounds or so,and getting your feet and body behind your punch.its huge difference bet tween getting hit/kicked and getting hit/kicked by someones who knows how,as for cost it varies what i urge you to pay more attention to is the coach/teacher/trainer etc. whats he like.go at the time of day you would train try out a few places not the first one and don’t sign a contract.unless your sure..that’s the place!!!very important..and lastly may i suggest if you are younger guy and thinking about self defense, may try some ground fighting/grappling remember the police say most fights end up on the ground and you and your opponent are the same size there, thinking is the key…
