		<description>Two weeks is not a lot of time but it is possible to get in better shape by then. I recommend firstly that you focus on perfect nutrition because that will help you more in two weeks than anything else. Also running would be a powerful combination with the nutrition.  This site has some great nutrition programs and exercise programs and he is pretty down to earth. I would run a mile or 2 every other day and throw in some simple body weight workouts (push ups, pull ups, crunches, burpees). You can definitely decrease your body fat by 3 lbs I am estimating.
