Is this a good way to lose fat and gain muscle?

This morning for breakfast i had 1 cup of kashi go lean cereal with 1 cup of silk almond milk. (i usually eat a full bowl of cocoa puffs with regular 2% fat milk), and some vitamins. took 10 chugs of water from the water gallon after that. A few hours later made an omelet of 3 eggs with 1 full tomato , 1 green bell pepper, and about 1/2 onion. Then 2 pieces of wheat toast, with 3 cups of OJ. Then chugged another 10 and im about half on the gallon of water. For dinner i do not know what to eat but i will think of something similar to what ive eaten so far. As for exercise i go to LA fitness. Mondays i play b ball for 2 hours. Tuesday i go to a boxing class and literally die for an hour. Wednesdays play ball for 2 hours. Thursday i go to boxing class again! Friday is a day off from exercise! Saturday is a boxing class day! Sunday i eat whatever the hell i want to eat!

BTW i am 19, 5’8 190lb!

Its difficult to loose fat and gain A LOT of muscle at the same time, so pick loose all the fat first and then bulk up
