Is this fitness schedule all right.?

Monday- boxing traing
Tuesday- Running
Wednesday- boxing training
Thursday- running
Friday- MMA class
Saturday- running

well it all depends on what ur goal is! doing ur schedule will get u very toned an riped providing u eat plenty of protein cut down on saturated fats an dont over do it on the carbs! if ur trying to build muscle ur going the wrong way about it! but yes u will be very fit

    You need to do some weight training or resistance training too.
