I’m also looking to drop a few pounds when doing this (drop down a weight class or 2) im 185 pound 5,8.
Developing alot of stamina can’t be done by training alone. It has to be part of your life. Doing manual labors like carrying or pushing heavy stuffs are a good practice.
You see the more you do this, the more stamina you can have. One great example of this is Manny Pacquiao. He use to be a rice sack carrier before he become a boxer. He’s been doing that since childhood for a living. Now, he is one of the great because of what he did almost his entire life.
I suggest start doing things machinery does for you. In no time, you will be the machine itself thus giving you an edge over normal things. With an addition of good training, you can became a great boxer too.
