How do I lose body fat?
April 1st, 2010 | by admin |I work out 5-6 days a week doing cardio classes, such as Turbo Kick Boxing, Step Aerobics, and cycling. I don’t care to lose any more weight, but I would like to lose the overall fat. My midsection, inner thighs, and cheeks (face) are not what I’d like. I know I’m not fat, by any means, but I’d like to be lean. Any suggestions? By the way, I’m 5′7 and about 120 lbs.
Again, I don’t want to lose weight. The question is body fat. I eat generally healthy and my caloric intake is reasonable. It’s the belly and love handles that I can’t get rid of. Suggestions for this?

you know what you’ve got to do,
eat reasonably healthy and exercises regularly

alternate low and high intensity cardio workouts:
Low intensity: keep your heart rate around 120-130
High intensity: Keep your heart rate around 160-175
ONLY do this for 20 minutes! anymore and your body stops burning fat and starts using other energy supplys
