How much weight will I lose?
March 2nd, 2010 | by admin |Not necessarily weight on the scale, (because I can tell I am building muscle) but how much smaller will I get?
If I do cardio kick boxing (It’s an hour class) (And I sweat like a beast) 3-4 times a week?
I am making my meal portions smaller, also.
I’ve only done the class 4 times, and I can already tell that my legs are firmer.
I also take a dance class at school (5 days a week) but it’s only about 30 minutes long, once we stretch and dress out and whatnot.
Losing fat and building muscle takes time. If you stick with it then it will work.
Lowering your calorie intake is usually the most critical thing with regards to losing weight. Find some new low calorie foods to incorporate into your regular diet that will replace some of your higher calorie regular foods that you currently eat.

Youshould be careful, you are doing alot of exercise there which is great, but small portion size might not be the best answer. You need calories to fuel your system. Carbs and protien are super important as well. You might want to set up a nutritional program to help guide you.
