I am not in much pain today, so is it safe to do my yoga?
i am craving the need to do some exercise, and dont think cardio box (which is my usual exercise, along with the yoga) is sensible with my pulled muscle.
Is yoga ok?
Yoga may actually do the pulled muscle a bit of good as long as you’re careful. The rule is if it hurts, it’s not good for you. So do your yoga, but if the muscle hurts, stop there and move on to the next position.
Sure- yoga is fine. Let pain be your guide. Don’t over do it.

yes it is but don’t push it if the stretch hurts to much then stop and relax
