ever since i turned 25 i think my metabolism has decreased and now i’m 26 and i think it dropped again and after having had a kid at 23, it was already hard enough getting back down to 105lbs. i’m about 117lbs right now. im short and small framed so yes that is over weight not to mention out of shape. i dont care how much i weight as long as i can get tight and fit , no cottage cheese legs and flabby belly i hate to jiggle when i walk lol
i’ve done kick boxing classes, cardio and ab exercises for 3 months and not much has happened. i don’t eat meat and try to stay away from starch carbs (bread etc) and i try to drink lots of water.
so i am wondering if there is anything (a diet pill, a vitamin) to help kick my body into burning these calories and getting fit a little bit quicker while i exercise. i’m just SOO uncomfortable and getting very discouraged. could hormones have anything to do with this? my menstrual cycle is like a roller coaster and when it comes watch out because i can’t eat enough lol but usually it’s whole foods, nothing pre-packaged or with chemicals etc. any good tips would be appreciated!!!!
I know you heard this million times before but its true diet pills don’t work well it does but you gain the weight back eventually and not only that why would you want crappy things in your body you have a kid i mean you don’t want nothing happening to you (god forbid) …You can lose weight you probably just have to switch up the workout and do differently i cant recommend anything or what type of exercises because im no fitness expert and don’t know much but what i know running is great i lost 20 pounds in almost 2 months. …so forget that pill please…
