As there are no kicking in Boxing and BJJ (or may be very little in BJJ), are there any leg stretches/leg splits/groin stretches done in training classes of Boxing and BJJ? Thanx. If so, do they do full leg splits?
im not really sure im pretty sure they strecth jsut ...

I go to a boxing training class which includes cardio and other exercises like squats, push ups, etc all mixed into one class. My upper back muscles hurt but the rest of my body is ok. I know that if I go tonight I can't avoid doing the push ups. ...
