How can I get into condition to box ASAP (get alot of stamina). I have good power, but my cardio is lacking-ty?

I’m also looking to drop a few pounds when doing this (drop down a weight class or 2) im 185 pound 5,8.
Developing alot of stamina can’t be done by training alone. It has to be part of your life. Doing manual labors like carrying or pushing heavy stuffs are a good practice.
