Well I know it's Kickboxing and not boxing so you're obviously going to be kicking a lot....but does this involve any punching/striking as well?
Actually, the kickboxing classes I go to place a little more emphasis on Punching than on Kicking. We also learn blocking, knee strikes and elbow strikes.
