whats the best gym so we can both be in the same class. good amount of classes too because i saw a few but there was one that had teen classes only 2 times a week. and when we would have to be in diff classes. my best friend wants to learn to fight and i need to get back into boxing to release anger.

There are 2 places:

1. Boston Tapout Training Center
www.tapoutboston.com
60 Canal St – Boston
They have a brand new huge facility and have classes for men, women and children.

2. Wai Kru MMA
www.waikru.com
236 Brighton Ave – Allston
They have an open training format that allows their members to walk in the door anytime they are open and work with an instructor. Not just a posted class times.

in 6 months time,am of average fitness and am planning on training hard and take boxing classes,is it possible 2 get 2 a decent standard??

Definitely in that amount of time there should be more than sufficient time for novice standard. Practical session of boxing are recommended as this is going to be the most important thing to perfect which is basic technique and skills. So i would advise a few lessons to make sure you are along the right lines.

Fitness i would vary your training to keep you interested and motivated, as increasing it is going to be key at first to make sure you can move around the ring. Specific exercises for your boxing will also be advised by the boxing trainer if you utilise one.

Good luck and get stuck in!

It could be just as good. Look at online forums and for information of professional coaches. There should be training sessions and plans online. However if you want to go far you will have to join a club at some stage. Good luck

im not really sure im pretty sure they strecth jsut so the muscles arent tight i think bjj stretch more cuz they gotta reach around with there legs and shit. but i definetly know TKD do full groin stretches splits and everything becasue we do higher kicks and tkd is more kicks than aything

http://www.caa.co.uk/docs/64/200890108ATSAirspaceClassificationV3.pdf

I looked at this chart on the link and i couldn’t understand what it meant in the "ATC seperation provided" box or the "traffic informatin provided" box. I just didn’t understand for example in Class C VFR it has VFR and SFVR pointing towards IFR and SFVR in ATC seperation and VFR ATC VFR in traffic information?
Can someone please explain?
Thanks

"ATC separation provided" indicates the types of flights for which ATC assumes separation responsibility. In other words, if it says IFR to IFR, ATC will keep IFR flights separated. If it says IFR to IFR and SVFR, ATC will keep IFR flights separated from other IFR and SVFR flights. And so on.

"Traffic information provided" indicates the type of traffic information concerning nearby aircraft that ATC can provide. Traffic information is advisory—ATC does not take responsibility for separation. In contrast, when separation is provided, ATC assumes responsibility for keeping aircraft apart. With traffic advisories, ATC just points out the traffic, but it’s up to pilots to keep from hitting each other.

In Class C, ATC provides separation between IFR and all other traffic.

In Class D, ATC will guarantee separation between IFR flights and other IFR or SVFR flights. It will not guarantee separation between VFR flights and other flights, but it will provide traffic advisories (the individual VFR pilots are still responsible for maintaining their own separation). This is logical since VFR flights are always in visual conditions where they can see and avoid other traffic, whereas IFR flights are often in conditions of poor visibility where other traffic cannot be seen. Advisories are provided to IFR flights concerning VFR flights because the only time IFR flights will encounter VFR traffic is under visual conditions where both types of flights can see and avoid each other themselves (thereby maintaining separation).
