Right now I am 20 years old, am 5’5", weigh 100 pounds, and am skinny as a stick. I have a little curve to me in the hips, breasts, and butt, but only a little. If I were to gain 10 to 15 pounds and start a kick boxing class for toning and muscle gain, do you think I would get curvier?
Yep, you probably would.
sure it could help if it does in fact build muscle and doesnt just promote more weight loss. Take in more calories and start lifting weights. Dont worry, you wont turn into a bodybuilder like most girls fear about weightlifting.
