any type of martial art really but i did kickboxing before and loved it, and what type would u recommend anyway as being the best?
There is no superior martial art. Only superior martial artists. Read up on the arts on wikipedia, watch a few videos on youtube, and decide which one you think would suit you best. I ended up going with Jiu-Jitsu and Kickboxing, loved it.
