You’ll probably learn some stretches and basic exercises. You won’t be sparring with another person for quite some time.

Dont worry you will prob just go over basic rules and basic stretch and work out set they are not goin to throw you in the ring on your first day

don’t worry you shoulda seen me i had one free class of a bjj one and then it was holidays and so when i come back next my mum had actually set me and my brothers up for the other class before it i was shitting myself but as soon as i got in it it was THE BEST THING IN MY LIFE! nw i’ve made friends and Wednesdays are the best days of the week
im 14 and im 90kg and 5”11 and i train with 17-18 year old and that’s or the bjj and im the only girl in the class, it might be a little bit hard but hey no pain no game,
you’ll be fine

why did you join? = to learn how to fight
to LEARN
they expect you to be a bad fighter. you will just learn all the basics how to punch how to block how to move about etc etc.
better with the adults and getting a proper feel then the children.
