Where can i take kickboxing classes for women in Lakewood, Ca or somewhere close to here like Longbeach?

i’m looking for something i can either walk to or catch the bus.

Someone recommended the brazilian top team in Longbeach, but i beleive that’s a 3hr bus ride from lakewood to top teams location.

I really want to begin kickboxing lessons, to get into shape and for fun, there isn’t much to do these days…

there is one near a tatto shop.i live in lakewood and i go there its really good. just look up top level kickboxing.
